Web Site Setup:
We arrange a convenient time with you so that we can sit and listen
to your ideas and wishes for your site.
In the initial appointment, we collect as much information as you
can provide about your business, including business cards,
logos, colour desires, all contact information and any photographs/images
you require on your site. We will advise on how to get your site
information to us. This is also the time to pay your deposit.
An image of the page layout is either emailed to you... or a second
appointment can be made in order to review the template (layout
of your site) and to discuss any changes you wish to make to
the template. Also, if you are paying off your site in installments,
it is an opportunity to make another payment.
The following week is busy with collecting all the content that
you wish to go into your site and gathering information of required
items you need to make your site work and look professional.
By about the third week after the initial interview, we now have
in place: general concept development design, most of the art work.
Also, your template will have been completed with buttons, background
surface, logo placement, site navigation design, POP email and all
of your contact details.
You can at any stage make an appointment to see the development
of your site, ring and have a chat with us, ask any questions or
request advise... We are here to help you
to be seen by the world.
The final stage is uploading of your site. During this stage
we review the site with you for any changes, links, spell checking
and general clean up. This is also when you pay the balance owing...
it is another week of making free changes... check some more...
and show off your site to the world.
If the balance of your account is not paid at this stage your buttons
or menus are disabled until you do so.
